Jun 28, 2017 welcome to week 10 of the zakka style sew along. Each blogger will sew a different project and will be sharing. And, since id really like to participate and make as my projects from the book as possible, it was high time i got to work. Really cutei got the book a while back but havent got a chance to check it out. She has also updated the instructions for putting on the binding which can be found here. These clever, modern projects are a cinch to sew using basic patchwork. The first project was a tote bag and it took some time to make up. A man should hear a little music, read a little poetry, and see a fine picture every day of his life, in order that worldly cares may not obliterate the sense of the beautiful which god has implanted in the human soul.
